Lost wax cast in brass with nickel silver, these processional crosses have been produced in the same way by the Coptic Christians since the 14th century. Each one is unique, traditionally carried in processions or proffered for the devout to kiss, they are individually modelled in wax, then moulded in clay for casting. The styles vary from criss cross Celtic designs to looped and even engraved images. Approximate sizes are 48cm wide x 62cm high x 10cm diameter at base. They can either hang on the wall or be used free standing.

As each one is unique, we will contact you prior to despatch with photos of product currently available.
