Calm, elegant bedroom and ensuite bathroom

The design of this master bedroom and bathroom was to reflect the elegant nature of this Decimus Burton town house in Tunbridge Wells, but with a contemporary feel.

The soft colours and minimal decoration gives a quiet yet stylish finish. A stunning voile from Christian Fischbacher, on a smart bronze pole, softens the lines of the contemporary bathroom, and echoes the soft creams and stone colours of the flooring, and the understated bronze holdback allows the fabric to billow out, accentuating the window recess.

The roman blinds are made in an chic, 100% cotton, circular stitch Orchard embroidery from Sanderson, in a delicate gardenia and soft blue grey colour, reflecting the flora outside.

The upholstery is finished in a seaglass velvet and a contemporary accent chair from Soho Home is added in a darker colour for contrast. The elegant silver / gold frames add a reflective quality.
