Bespoke Cabinet Furniture

Our handmade cabinet and dining furniture can be designed, coloured and finished to your requirements.

We can produce both traditional and contemporary items to suit your home. In addition, at our bespoke cabinet workshops in Suffolk, we can modify the size or finish of any of our standard ranges, or can work from your specification to produce the exact design you need. We can carry out home visits in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London and Essex.

Our range of hardwoods: oak, ash, cherry, beech and walnut, and softwoods such as sycamore, are selected and kiln-dried before being cut to size, planed and shaped. Legs are hand turned and finished, finely planed boards can be hand adzed or riven for an interesting texture.

All joints are hand cut individually, and our drawers feature traditional dovetail joints and solid drawer bottoms. We can add hand pegging, open and closed boards and artisan fretwork to the design of any piece.

All of our bespoke wood furniture is hand stained and finished, using the traditional techniques of French polishing or Danish oiling, or a sealer can be used for a more contemporary finish.

Colours can be phased as necessary to achieve the look you require and the level of distressing to the timber can be altered to taste.

Painted finishes are also available, either with a clean finish or rubbed back to give a more vintage look.
